Fine gram flour is transformed into delicate golden boondi, fried in sunflower oil and brought together with an aromatic cardamom-and-saffron infused sugar syrup. Finished with cashews, raisins and a touch of ghee, each laddu offers a beautiful soft texture, gentle sweetness and layers of delicate flavour.
